What is Operation Lifesaver Arizona?
"Operation Lifesaver" is a nationwide, non-profit public safety education and outreach program designed to eliminate collisions, deaths and injuries at rail crossings and rights-of-way.
Arizona joined Operation Lifesaver in 1979. Operation Lifesaver is now an international program and is supported by national and state organizations, as well as the railroads.
Arizona Operation Lifesaver wants you and your family to
be safe around highway-rail grade crossings and trains! Our volunteer
speakers, called Presenters, are available, free of charge, to provide
important safety information to professional truck and bus drivers, school
bus drivers, drivers education classes, elementary school students, law
enforcement and emergency responders, and other civic organizations.
For further information, or to arrange a presentation
please contact our State Coordinator Doug Farler. Cell Phone:

Attention all volunteers: If you have not received information on the Presenter
Recognition Event on May 17, 2008, please contact Doug Farler immediately.
Upcoming Presenter Class in May: For anyone wishing to become a new presenter, or for existing
presenters who need to recertify, there will be a Presenter Training Class in May to be held in
Phoenix. Please contact Doug Farler for more info.
